Laneway Festival announced the full 2027 lineup on 29 September 2026. The festival named Fontaines D.C. and solo artist Hayley Williams as headliners.[1] The supporting bill adds Slayyyter, ADÉLA, Kim Petras, MUNA, Ninajirachi, Rico Nasty, DIIV and Rachel Chinouriri. This brings the confirmed lineup to ten acts.[1]
Four cities, two cities fewer
Adelaide and Perth have been dropped from the 2027 tour schedule. Dates now run across Sydney's Centennial Park on 12 February and Brisbane Showgrounds on 13 February. The tour reaches Melbourne's Flemington Park on 19 February and Auckland's Western Springs on 21 February.[1] Two of Australia's five mainland capital cities have quietly disappeared from the run sheet.
A festival spokesperson reached for the optimistic register. "Taking a pause allows us to focus on freeing up time for more artists to bring headline shows to cities beyond our festival stops," the spokesperson said.[1] Co-founder Danny Rogers kept things considerably more personal. "I'm still more interested in finding who the next Charli is, who the next Fontaines D.C. is, you know," Rogers said.[1]
Tickets and on-sale times
Presale opens Wednesday 7 October at 10 am AEDT for Sydney. Melbourne and Brisbane follow at 11 am AEDT. Auckland presale begins at 11 am NZDT.[2] General sale follows on Thursday 8 October at the same city-specific times.[3] The festival is promoted by St Jerome's Laneway Pty Ltd.[4]
